What you will experience :-
- The decoration in the image is vibrant and themed around the character Kuromi from Sanrio. Here are the key elements:
● Backdrop: The main backdrop features a large purple heart with concentric lighter purple outlines. Text on it reads “Happy Birthday in a mix of elegant script and bold type.

What you must know :-
- Extra charges apply for same-day bookings.
- 230-250 balloons used for balloon arch on frame.
- 40-50 balloons with ribbons will be fixed to the ceiling,The rest will be left floating on the floor as per your choice.
- We’ll collect your address, balloon colors, and other preferences after you book.
- Please arrange a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling.
- We don’t use helium balloons. Instead, we use air-filled balloons and attach them to the ceiling with removable paper tape (usually leaves no marks, but please remove after the event).
- Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done.

Cancellation Policy:-
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking – 100% refund.
- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
