What you must know :-
- Extra charges apply for same-day bookings.
- We’ll collect your address, balloon colors, and other preferences after you book.
- Please arrange a stool or ladder and an extension cord for the decorator
- We don’t use helium balloons. (usually leaves no marks, but please remove tapes after the event).
- Please Note: Ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.
- We provide our services within a 10km radius of the city limits.
Cancellation Policy:-
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking – 100% refund.
- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
