What you must know :-
- Extra charges apply for same-day bookings.
- 80-100 balloons used for arch.
- 40–50 balloons used for balloon pilla,. The rest will be arranged in bunches or left floating on the
floor as per your choice. - We’ll collect your address, balloon colors, and other preferences after you book.
- Please arrange a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling.
- We kindly request the customer to provide a nearby power source or an extension board for the
power supply. - We don’t use helium balloons. Instead, we use air-filled balloons and attach them to the ceiling
with removable paper tape (usually leaves no marks, but please remove after the event). - Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take
care of your valuables. - We provide decoration services upto 10 km radius from the city limits.
Cancellation Policy:-
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking – 100% refund.
- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
