- Cake plinth stands are included as part of the decoration.
- We will collect your address, decoration color preferences, and other details after booking confirmation.
- Please arrange a stool or ladder if ceiling access is required during decoration.
- We do not use helium balloons. All balloons are air-filled and fixed using removable paper tape.
- Please ensure someone is present at the location during decoration and kindly take care of your valuables.
- Decoration services are available within a 10 km radius of the city limits.

- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking – 100% refund.
- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
