What you must know :-
- Extra charges apply for same-day bookings.
- 200-220 Balloons used for Balloons in backdrop decor on wall
- 30-40 balloons with ribbons will be fixed to the ceiling/side walls. The rest will be arranged in bunches or left floating on the floor as per your choice
- If the customer wants helium foil/ Latex balloons, they need to bring them on their own.
- Otherwise,we will send the helium foil balloons through any other mode of transportation, the transportation charges will be added to the customer’s bill.
- We’ll collect your address, balloon colors, and other preferences after you book.
- Please arrange a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling
- We use air-filled balloons and attach them to the backdrop & ceiling
- with removable paper tape (usually leaves no marks, but please remove after the event)
- Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables
- We provide decoration services upto 10 km radius from the city limits
Cancellation Policy:-
- Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking – 100% refund.
- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
