- Please arrange a stool or ladder for the decorator to reach the ceiling.
- We don’t use helium balloons. All balloons are air-filled and attached with removable tape (usually leaves no marks, but please remove after the event).

- Cancel 12–24 hours before your booking – 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before your booking – no refund.
